WHICH SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER WILL MY ORDER BE SENT WITH?
We ship with DHL and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent out.
We ship to the following countries:
Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands and Portugal.
Processing time :
The processing time depends on the number of orders currently received. You can always find the current processing time on the homepage or in the announcement bar at the top of each page.
We reserve the right to adjust the processing time (depending on order volume) at any time. If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by email.
Shipping time :
1-3 working days (DE), 1-3 weeks (outside DE)

Switzerland: €9.90
All other countries: €6.90

WHEN WILL SHIPPING BE FREE?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50.00.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
It can currently take between 2-4 weeks for dog tags until your order is ready for shipping. We process orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur if orders are high.
CAN CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS BE IMPLEMENTED?
Yes please! If you can't find the right design in our shop, please send us your own idea using the contact form . We always try to implement every special request.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Personalized items such as dog tags are non-returnable. For all other items, please note our cancellation policy .
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER SUBSEQUENTLY?
If you subsequently notice an error in the order, please let us know immediately by email to info@taius-tags.de or using the contact form . If the dof tag has already been completed at the time of the request, we can unfortunately no longer take the change into account.
CAN I HAVE AN ADDRESS STAMPED ON THE STAMP?
Depending on the length of the address, we can stamp it on a 25mm stamp or engrave it on an antler tag. Please contact us in advance if you would like an address stamped so we can make sure everything fits.
MY DOG'S NAME IS LONGER THAN 8 CHARACTERS. CAN I STILL ORDER?
If the name is longer than the available number of characters, please contact us using the contact form . Together we will definitely find a solution and can adapt the design if necessary!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DOG TAG?
Please polish your metal dog tag regularly with a polishing cloth to remove discoloration and dirt. A free polishing cloth is included with every order. Make sure the tag stays dry. Salt water in particular attacks the metal of the tag and can destroy it. If the tag gets wet, dry afterwards. If the black enamel fades, you can use a special enamel marker for metals or alternatively a waterproof marker and paint over the imprints. Allow to dry briefly and then polish with very fine steel wool. You can find a suitable polishing set with all the necessary utensils in the shop under “Spare parts”.
